Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Legislative Decree nr. 206/2005, called Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, except as indicated in the following points.
To exercise this right, the customer must send Backbonepro notice of withdrawal no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The date indicated on the delivery receipt will prevail.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer by sending Backbonepro a communication containing the express declaration of intention to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase contract, as well as the relative order number that is intended to withdraw. To assert the right of withdrawal, the Customer can choose between the following methods:

The following information shall be included in the communication:
- Name and surname of the customer;
- Customer address;
- Order number and date of purchase;
- Item description, quantity, reason for return and related amount paid.
The Customer Service of Backbonepro will, once received the communication, open a practice for the management of the return and communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the Products, which will take place by courier indicated by Backbonepro itself or by one of its suppliers.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the Products to Backbonepro without delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the communication of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the Customer sends the Products within 14 (fourteen) days from the communication of withdrawal.
REFUNDS
If the Customer withdraws from the purchase contract, in accordance with the General Conditions, all costs already paid to Backbonepro will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional cost due to a particular type of delivery requested by the Customer, and different from the cheapest standard delivery offered by Backbonepro), without any delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Backbonepro was informed of the withdrawal decision.
These refunds will be made through the same payment instrument chosen for the first transaction, unless the Customer has expressly requested a different payment instrument; in any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.
As required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the site may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the buyer demonstrates that he has sent back the goods.
The products must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer, ie keeping the original packaging with appropriate packaging.
Finally, please consider that the consumer customer, pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014 can not exercise the right of withdrawal if it is found:
- The opening of the product, which therefore compromised its integrity;
- The absence of elements that are part of the product (such as accessories, etc.);
- Damage to the product;
- Goods returned after 14 working days which represent the maximum return term.
Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are charged to the customer pursuant to D. lgs. 185/99 which provides that the consumer has the right of withdrawal without any penalty and that the only costs borne by him are those relating to the return of the product.
The consumer customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in case of purchase of Digital Gift Cards (or Gift Vouchers), therefore the amount spent on the purchase of this type of product will not be refunded.
