Shipping policy

The delivery of products purchased on backboneprostore.com takes place in an estimated time of 3-10 working days from the order. The timing may be reduced depending on the type of shipment provided by the supplier. In any case, delivery times will always be specified in the product sheets.

Orders placed before 9.30 am will be processed within 24/72 hours, or at most on the first working day following the weekend or any holidays.

Shipping is free for orders over € 99 (order cost with the discount code already applied). The shipping cost for orders under € 99 is € 10. There are special promotions with free shipping even for orders under € 99. The conditions will always be specified in the individual product sheets.

When the package is shipped by our supplier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to click on to track the delivery of your order. If you have created an account you will be able to know the status of the shipment by visiting the "My orders" section of your backboneprostore.com account.

The courier chosen for delivery will be specified in the tracking email. Depending on the delivery area, couriers may entrust the goods to local shippers.

Delivery times may be delayed in case of:
• holidays such as Christmas, Ferragosto and National Holidays.
• events independent of the will of the actors involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, road blockades for strikes, demonstrations, road accidents, visits to public figures, etc.
• inventory or in case of extraordinary necessity.

Couriers do not deliver on holidays and pre-holidays and on national holidays.
